Anyone else wondering what will happen when they sell all this...

Anyone else wondering what will happen when they sell all this land at bellamack? obviously, as it winds down they will end up with a bucket of cash. Maybe 10-15 million. seems reasonable they will pay out a nice $0.10 dividend when the land development wraps up. Anyone else think this will happen? Or do you expect it to all go against debt? I note the debt owed is dwindling and when the property sales are added to the profit I'd have thought a huge dividend is only reasonable!!
