I liken PLS to FMG, strategy is similar except FMG sold I/O before they actually had any, regarding Li demand the processors are at full capacity more are required because of the complex supply chain and oversupply of raw material that has perhaps adversely affected the price, regarding structural issues and base processing for PLS I believe that will be sorted ,my biggest concern at present is the risk that the US Fed will drop rates again perhaps impacting the actual amount received by PLS, its unlikely the industry will price raw material at such a low level that it becomes uneconomic which would be the case for i/o if not for Chinas growth then FMG would have a very different story, dont disagree about the current sp. it is priced for risk in saying that p/e ratios are of little help without a history and I strongly believe in the growth of Li
