Think of a teaming agreement like the rules of AFL football. The rules specify the parameters within which the players engage. The rules need to be in place before the game begins. The rules protect the small players (Etherstack) from being pummeled into the dirt by the big players and from the big players (Samsung) from being sent to the sin bin for not playing nice. AFL rules do not guarantee how many goals will be kicked during the match (revenue).

As a shareholder in Etherstack, it is in my best interest for a teaming agreement to be in place before Etherstack-Samsung go to market. Relax, this is just the rules of engagement between Etherstack and Samsung in how they will engage. It is not the end game.
