Bought GRR and S32 both divvy payers. S32 has their fingers in every sort of mineral. GRR with magnetite but seems well run and increasing profits. I would be topping up on Aspen Properties if I had more cash. Their WA multi apartment accommodation block purchase is exceeding their expectations. APZ is the code. I like divvies…… especially when next year we may have to take out the full amount of withdrawal from the SMSF…..
