what some people don't realise also is the dilutionary effect really only comes into play when a company is paying dividends. With these sepculative small cap miners most people are here for percentage gains on their investment. On a micro cap like FML when the share price was 2cents we have seen 300% gains to above 6ents already, within 12 months, and it still hold vry strong above 5cents.
Although hypothetical, i would question if FML on a 1:10 reconstructed basis would have gone from 20cents to 60cents in the same time frame? or more importantly wether it would have held strongly above 50cents in such a case?? personally i doubt it but being hypothetical we'll never really know.

for an example of how long it takes for a share to recover from bad news after a consolidation take a look at Matsa. MAT. personally at this early stage of development, which FML is, i wouldn't risk it.
