Personally if fml is so good (and I think it is) - I would prefer by a county mile that when the company starts large cash flow for us to have a capital return and then a buy back long before a dividend is even considered.
My priorities would be
Development and exploration
Acquisition
Buyback
Capital Return
Dividend
Bugger all else
