They have a date to get a permit signed by Presidential Decree. Thats the key to the deal and with the political situation as it is, there is a fair chance this deal will expire......
Given the companies history and makeup, its not an area for those green behind the ears....I wish you all well but beware, I have followed this region for a few years now and the unexpected is what to expect !
