    have i got something wrong?
    i make forward earnings for '08 8.5 cents or PE of 8.8
    and '09 13.1cents or PE of 5.7 on share price 75cents,
    this in an industry/sector PE average of towards 20'ish!

    and this announcement wont hurt to much either??

    i stand corrected thou if that aint right!
