I'm in the same boat as you. But to share what I intend to do, I am going to sell out WOW when the price rockets above $29, and use the funds to buy up in WES, on the condition that WES falls on that same day, and the price is much lower than that of WOW. Hard to expect that scenario, but that's how intend to fund and plan my purchase of WES. Moral: use WOW's overinflated share price to purchase WES very cheap shares at currently good prices.
In the long term, if you buy soon, you can't go wrong, but the risks are there and you will need to assess these before making a decision. But I won't deny that WES is cheap right now, otherwise I wouldn't even be considering it.
