Bought for the following reasons

1. New is well managed by a very able and dedicated Mr Martin
2. good investments in the USA where the action is despite Mr Trump...Good USA income v falling USD
3. Growing projects in Australia...2 projects up and running and very credit worthy off takers on long last PPAs
4. Big institutional investors in the UK in USF , still managed by Mr Martin
5. Big discount to NTA
6. Good yield
7. Renewables the way of the future,,,,,,,,,,,,,not this govt here currently
