most of the smarts are saying it will take a prolonged period, 6 months plus, of oil under $40 to do more damage to the book value of oilers.....however the higher the debt the higher the damage.
Unfortunately for STO holders the company loaded up with debt at an unforeseeable really bad time.
Also unfortunately for STO a sustained period of oil under $40 will see their bankers making some decisions for the company.
