Could not agree more. I respect DC and others but you are making sense. I bought 7 million around a year ago at a cost of 1.2 cents and it's still really at that price. I would have thought that Togo being so poor would have ripped any proposal out of the hands that offered to get it going. The time this is taking for a decision just doesn't make much sense to me. Still we have the Asian injection that must mean something.
