I dont think it was a decent price compared to what i paid for it, and after the consolidation of shares last yr. Noone should be in the know of any "upcomming transactions" except for the company itself unless disclosed to the market.
Lots that needs to be considered here. Currently the company has no income and basically a shell. There might be something in the pipeline but who knows, its all currently hear say. There are a hell of a lot of shares that are going to come online and i guess some of them will be dumped on market, and at a nice profit considering the current SP. Also any new "transactions" will probably require a fund raiser of some sort.
