    Full production was to be started in March quarter. Then June then September now it is December quarter. Why is it that I do not have much faith is this promise. Is it because they have failed to deliver 3 times? Clay was present in 1000's of samples why they were not ready for it? Concealing true cost of development is a good guess. Why? I can not even guess
