Fact is the SP is still languishing, and the current board has no idea how to create SH value, but are certainly experts at SH value destruction and need to GO ASAP.
$200k per director and $500k for a dud Chair. What is a major concern is that the new Chair will be from this pool of dud directors. So a dud director will get paid more as Chair to try and rectify the disaster they presided over in the first place.
Maintain the rage QBE SH and lets vote these directors who have destroyed our investment out at the first available opportunity!!
