The Brokers that did the last cap raise know exactly where this company stands. More than likely they know the market that IVA operates in better than its own management . There is always 2 aspects at play here , one is the company as a going concern 2nd is the shananigans and industry that deal with the issue units of this company . My only concern is if IVA gets low with cash there may be another cap raise.
