On the fundamentals alone ( not equiped enough to measure the TA accurately )I would say that this SP won't take long at all to be moving forward. At these prices, there are some bargains still to be had. It's getting pretty exciting IMO. Just look at where we are at now compared to just 3 months ago. Do investors need to see the contract in writing ?

This is the first of what could be many ( read umpteen )contracts to be signed. This ain't no MOU, this is a contract. I believe it's genuine, do others not think so ?
