Also, how can you put a value on this deal as all the detail is still kept under wraps? Only after the detail becomes clearer can you assign value to future profits and work out where this all sits fundamentally.

The other thing that still doesn't seem right is the get out clauses in the contract if the Co's identity becomes known. To me this now becomes an item that requires further de-risking before the fundamentals come into play.

On the positive at least this contract is a start. 5 years should be plenty time to build the plant, commissioning and a few years processing to demonstrate that this process is truely the way of the future.
