Whoops.
Just meant to say to TIMTAM09 that Jabiru2 is NOT a NWT asset. It is a MEASAT satellite that NWT has committed to a chunk of bandwidth purchased on a wholesale basis. Unless NWT has sold a minimum commitment that covers the total cost, then the best thing that can happen is that Jabiru2 gets delayed further!!! Logic would say TIMTAM that if NWT owned that satellite, then you would have to wonder why the first one launched is number "2" and the second one is "1" - maybe just an AB aberration?
Not even enough money to pay for the teleports, so how to find the minimum for Jab2 and all the unpaid expenses for Jab1 is going to be a real real problem.
