Those like @Kiwikrs and yourself who have had less than positive experiences to date need to understand that there will always be teething issues, anything new has problems, look at Apple for example, they are on version 10.1.1 of their operating system at present as obviously they needed to improve from 0.1.1.

For many Wangle 1.1 worked as expected, lets assume 40%. They then released 0.1.27 which appears to have solved the issues for another group so lets assume that say 60% of people are now getting what they expect. This is after only a week therefore it can be reasonably assumed that after several weeks that the proportion of people who have a fully functional app will increase.

What those with issues need to realize is that any single users experience is not representative of the entire population. Calling it a failure due to a single perspective is flawed, now before you say that calling it a success on a single perspective is also flawed please consider this.

If the app works for a proportion of users does this prove that the technology can function? The answer is yes.

Over the next few weeks it is my expectation that a growing percentage of users will have the technology proven to them as management work through the hurdles that currently limit SOME users from gaining the full advantage of the app.

Personally I don't think that Wangle will ever get to 100% satisfaction as there will be phone, user, network, location issues that prevent them from being able to solve all issues but if they can get to a point where say 90% of users are getting the expected app benefits then that is one hell of an addressable market.

Between Australian and New Zealand there are around 25 million cell phones, assuming that only 90% are compatible with Wangle due to the reasons above then we are looking at 22.25 million potential users. If we say only 10% of those users are interested in saving data and the increased speeds then perhaps 2.225 million would actually use the app once the bugs are ironed out

In this case based on the subscription fee Wangle would generate ~$111 million p.a in revenue and that is without the company expanding to other countries as per the business plan
