There is no reason a GMM shareholder should sell their shares once they are given their GXY shares.
They could have sold during the merger process.
Now that the 2 companies are one, think of all the cost savings. Less Board members, less execs, less managers, less admin staff, one ERP system, reduced ASX listing costs etc...
Management need to sell some of these benefits more.
