    If i am reading correctly, 80% of the share price average from the week beginning the 21st (last wek) is 1.04 ish, so the institutional placement should be around that price

    added to this the classic fib retracement mentioned in other discussions and a great looking floor placed at $1.00, and this looks ready to bounce
