I'm thinking 'most' people still here are those with core long positions and those new 'traders' that came to the party too late. In which case 'most' T+3ers here have just become T+4ers due to the public holiday on Monday. Two brokers I know that extend settlement to after a public holiday - but I'm sure most 'traders' know that already. Check with your broker (and by no means is this an endorsement of trading with borrowed money!!!).

No matter - they either exit for loss or choose to become slightly 'longer' short termers. Long positions still benefit either way.
