Just make sure that your LSR (if you have borrowed) is not too exposed because the first thing that can hit one is a margin call. I have made sure I have enough cash to lover my LSR (if it is required) and to top up (bargain hunting)....and yes, go away from the monitor if it makes you feel sick because you are going to make a stupid decision you will regret later. I've done that in the past, believe me.
