Can someone tell me why losing OPR would be bad anyway?
Who cares if the Chinese construct it?
It means MMX / Mistsibushi dont need to come up with $4bn, and it also means they can focus on developing JH instead.
Surely MMX's valuation is from the JHEP and not from OPR.
So I dont see what the big fuss about OPR is anyway.
GBG, Sinosteel, AGO plan to use OPR, and they dont need to own it.
