That is quite a lot and is definitely not 'tightly held' by any means at all.

Of the TOP 20 Shareholders, 37.2% of their registry was turned over as they bought in and out.
Again, not a tightly held registry by any means.

Comparisons to other shares will show, however it must be said that turnover% per annum by such a penny stock as this, is very very common. Just giving the figures.
