The only people who lose money on a day like today are those who sell for a loss. I still don't understand why they follow the crowd, panic, and do that.
I didn't lose any money during the GFC because I didn't sell anything for a loss, I just kept them until things started to go up again. I bought shares instead. It's simply a case of extraordinary popular delusions and the madness of crowds.
