I feel something good is coming. I will admit though I have no proof but this is the first significant move in months that has been not associated with a pump (confirmed or alleged) in the forums.
I remain quietly optimistic. It's the volume that really gets my hopes going, 119k isn't a big deal for some share, for PAA it is a massive jump.
