When the average person on the median salary of $35K or so is prepared to pay double what ABC is charging then commercial centres will be universally viable.
It is not the debt that brought Eddie undone. All the debt did was shine a spotlight on the innards of the business and the market finally clicked that something didn't add up. And that is the ROA is too low.
