wa govt is contemplating introducing legislation to make the use of biofuels compulsory

i see no other direction but up for this stock.

although the proposed ethanol [plant in kwinana was shelved they can still produce biodiesel which is going to be in increaseed demand.

according to the countryman paper here in wa dated June 5 page 55

the proposed ethonol plant was shelved because bp have reneged on a deal to take 100% of the blend.

arw however are in a good position having signed up with fmg and i believe worsley as well to provide biodiesel and with the fire at varanus can in my opinion only come out of this in a comfortable position.

the bp position was announced prior to the article and kim chance the agriculture minister has proposed the legislation

primary energy was going to build the plant which was going to cost $300 mil and they would be chasing $120 mil worth of wheat for the ethanol.

i have mentioned before that i think ethanol is a fraud which will lead to a worldwide famine because it will suck up valuable food supplies as it is doing in the us with corn


so looks like this could be a very interesting stock to follow
