Sometimes fear takes the better of us, course I have been fearful over the last month holding CVI, but I just know to hold firm, and wait for thing to turn around.
I have sold so many stocks out of fear and lost bucket loads, and have changed my trading style. Now I lose very little and profit lots.
Remember a loss is only a loss, when sold.
