Here's the thing though - why afraid of the Bergen deal? I was initially pretty concerned then I started to dig and couldn't really find any factual basis for that concern (yet at least).
If I could find a reputable analyst report or an article in a trusted publication that investigates this alleged behaviour by Bergen then I'd be worried - but I just can't find anything but people who've lost money on bad investments blaming Bergen for their folly.
