Bergen or no Bergen, convertible notes like this almost never play out well for shareholders. Typically you see a bounce as lemmings jump in thinking it's a great deal before the sell down starts but it seems people are waking up to these deals and how they play out. I can't believe there weren't better options available for the company - the fact they chose this makes me wonder if they really have the ability to get this project up and running.
