Local housing prices are what most are looking at. If the mine happens they can sell some assets.
Check realestate.com some have already doubled asking price.
Greenvale is a farming community with a mining history.
Life will go on for them regardless of AUZ. Through the winter months the small town is packed with
tourists from down south traveling through to the north.
Sure they want the mine but wanting and having is two different things as AUZ share holders have
found out when buying on the SKI deal.
