There seems to be more buying interest around these levels. Could be someone was trying to exit a larger position today hence the depth being manipulated. The final surge in volume could of been them selling the last of their holdings.
Technically we touched the previous low of 8.1 today. Tomorrow will be the test as to whether we move up from here or put in a lower low. As others have said an announcement is what will really get the share price moving again. Until then it is likely to drift on lower volume.
