I don't think they are in on manipulating the price down to suit the fund managers terms. It wouldn't make sense to reject the offer and then no that.
I do like the idea that the us fund is exiting. If this is the case then we have to events to look forward to.
1 when they have finished.
2 the deal that they "no doubt will do in the next few months or years."
