Usually A Month Candle has a Tail, so to form a tail will need to rise tomorrow.
Otherwise the Week and Month Candle will close full, that usually dosnt happen.
The Chart to watch is the Nasdac 100, as everything will follow that in due course.
The Main peaks in markets should be 1987, 1997, 2007, 2017 etc.
So right now any pullback should be a buy and expect a 2017 major peak.
Major Market dips, 93., 2003, 2013. 2023 etc
