Been a while since I was positive about Metro, as this overhang has been like water torture.

I had in my mind that at least another 6 months minimum would be required to have them exit.

But today's dump is imo good old capitulation.

And I am a believer that capitulations signal significant bottoms.

Either way 4 cents is a great risk for reward entry imo.

With regards to BND, my understanding is Mathews were no longer a holder sometime in June. BND SP is up 50% since then.
