If CHM want to appeal, they need to arrange fund for it beforehand. If they elect to appeal It will just waste more time but you wont see any differences in court decision. Lets put it this way. if u loan some amount to your mate and if he makes millions out of it. you would still receive only yr amount + interest. Thats it. That was the initial arrangement as a loan but then Jack hills project was turned out to be jackpot so benny and his mates grab this opportunity to claim interest in Jack hills. Local traders says soonafter they formed CHM , got tenements to get dodgy licence to sue mmx to claim the proportion of jack hills.
