I agree this thread is not core to BUY, thought some would want to know what their management were doing with your shareholder funds in their spare time however. Personally if I saw the history and the background of some of the associates I would certainly be asking questions.

It seems that once these people have a grip on you it is hard to get rid of them. One of our GXN directors stepped down last year (was pushed), he is married to the current CEO of GXN also and I understand even though he is no longer a director he had a very vocal roll in the GXN meeting last week (along with Philip Kelso), as a shareholder he has that right (just as you as shareholder have a right to be vocal with your dealings with BUY). The gentleman in question is Mr. Mortimer. I have attached an article about him and his involvement in some "missing" equipment that some shareholders of another company have been chasing.
