I was in BUY top twenty prior to PEP 11 and took a great interest in the minutae of BUY's activities.
One thing i could never get a handle on was BUYs holdings and trading in other ASX shares. I asked but was told 'commercial in confidence' . This of course is a rubbish statement but shows how opaque their share dealings are.
What Rosy is telling BUY holders is very relevant as it goes to how the company is run and who it is run for. I formed my opinion a couple of years ago.
