You could be right, Bounty has taken a big hit as a result of PEP 11 disappointment. Investors are not seeing present and future cash flows.
Perhaps investors have a mistrust of the BOD who promise big and rarely achieve anywhere near work they intended.
Just one good exploration success will kick the sp into motion....um, sounds like most speccies!!!
