It's not rocket science - your absolutely correct.
I suppose it also creates an avenue for the likes of many to also pick up on the dumpsters.
Why don't the sellers read the financials,the projects in the pipeline and decide from there. It's a SHEEP MENTALITY and I feel the big investors will always have their day.
Oh well, enough said - Buy should be a BUY IMHO.
