I totally agree with your views.
Being a holder of BUY for a few years, I can't help but think of the sp action leading up to the results we got from the first PEP 11 drill.
If I can remember correctly, On the friday pre ann(being on the Monday), there was selling all the way down to circa 9c, from around the 10c area. Even though there was hype, that PEP 11 was huge and most people here were very excited.
