    One reason may be board room access to Maple Bw. Any action against Harry may jepodise this to other boards he has membership and MB has shares on.Corporate world is a great game of chess at shareholders expenses.
    Any decision by other institutions (keeping quiet) may be just last minute in favour towards Price based on the facts and sentiment.
    Just my thought.
