I like the fact Bouris is high profile with a proven track record, as Geoff says:

"Mark brings a wealth of strategic, tactical and negotiating expertise and will be a welcome resource to the board and senior management.

Anteo is in its early growth phase and as commercial operations develop, Mark's proven track record in these early growth phases and his guidance during this period will be a valuable asset."

There is some spin in the announcement, but Bouris proved himeself at Wizard. I think this is a coup at ADO's current commercialization stage.
