Yes - I think they would like a seasoned Health care professional (I call them scientists!). With Bouris and Andersen they have the finance and banking background covered plus independence. With our key representative of the major shareholder we have shareholder interests represented. We would be well served if there was someone on the board who had the scientific/health care industry nous as well. In reality Geoff could cover it but you need the independence on the board to 'hold a light' to the claims the CEO is making about deals/products/customers etc

I don't think Bouris would want to attach his name to a company destined for failure - I suspect he has been convinced we are a worthwhile enterprise. Bouris is pretty savvy but also recognises that his brand is important and he wouldn't take this on lightly.
