Market cap ~ $30 million with MD holding about ~5%
Directors are ex/current Arrow directors and complemented
by new senior management
Core business:
Diversified oil exploration and production; and
Coal seam gas exploration and development
Two-prong business strategy will enable Bow to firstly take
advantage of current demand for CSG and extract cash
from oil projects and; secondly, medium term goals of
expected increased value in oil businesses balanced with
significant CSG projects
Target of 300PJ 2P reserves by end 2009 and > 500PJ 2P
reserves by end 2010 – places Bow as mid-tier business
Bow’s portfolio is substantially located in QLD ’s premier basins ; namely the Cooper-Eromanga and Surat-Bowen basins.
