15 weeks prior to the $8.25 t/o of PES by BG, Pure Energy was trading at approx $1. Not that we'll probably see those heady days again but food for thought.
I've crunched numbers a 100 ways and still believe with no other major CSG partners wielding the stick, BOW won't be the push over ESG was and will demand a substantially better premium.

I've stuck with them for many years and prepared to wait for true worth as many believe what they are quoting as potential 3P is there.
