The Carbon Trading Scheme.

I must admit I have trouble getting my head around the Carbon Trading Scheme and I suspect it is just a new tax which the Government needs desperately to pay off its pump priming during the GFC.

None the less, having watched a bit last night on TV, it is obvious to me that Coal Miners are eventually going to be taxed heavily, which will substantially increase the cost of electricity and make cleaner gas fuelled power more attractive.

Looks to me as though BOW is well positioned to benefit from these changes and as a result there should be more buyers than sellers today.

Anyone else care to comment.
